$150 for Initial Assessment (90 Minutes)
$120 for 60-Minute Therapy Session
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Checks should be made payable to "Carolina Counseling Specialists."
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is time we have set aside for you. As a courtesy, if you are unable to meet at this scheduled time, we ask that you contact us at least allow 48 hours in advance. If you do not attend your appointment or do not cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, you will be required to pay $50.
