“Sometimes we forget our strengths or get stuck in habits or patterns that keep us from growing, reaching our goals or our full potential. Counseling support can help us clarify where we are today, increase our self understanding, help us determine more effective ways of coping and feel more balanced, and discover greater contentment. I am passionate about partnering with my clients to help them make improvements in their lives. I have been practicing since 2002 and truly enjoy my time with clients each day. I value creating a safe, supportive, and validating environment for clients and my work is influenced by Relational Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), as well as other mindfulness based therapies. I look forward to working together." - Jenn

"I believe the most important relationship we have is the one we have with our self. In order to improve the relationship to self, we must explore within, challenge our unhealthy beliefs and develop greater self-compassion. This ultimately leads to greater positivity in our relationships, improves many other areas of our lives, and leads to greater life satisfaction and happiness. I utilize various treatment modalities to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapies, Motivational Interviewing, Body Oriented Therapies, and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) for the treatment of trauma. I strongly believe that every person holds all of the answers within and my role as your therapist is to help you find the answers that you're seeking. To accomplish this, I will provide you with support, as well as skills and techniques that will help you live the life you desire. I look forward to hearing from you and beginning this journey together." -Alvely
